Standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) · Last updated: 21 July 2026
Zero tolerance
Maynsta does not tolerate anymaterial or conduct that sexually abuses or exploits children (Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation, “CSAE”), including child sexual abuse material (“CSAM”). Such content is illegal and strictly prohibited on Maynsta. Violations result in immediate suspension and, where legally required, reporting to the competent authorities.
1. Our commitment
Protecting children is Maynsta’s highest priority. We are committed to preventing the distribution of child sexual abuse material and any form of sexual exploitation of minors on our platform, to consistently removing such content and to making the reports required by law. These standards apply to all users and all content on Maynsta.
2. What is expressly prohibited
The following are strictly prohibited on Maynsta, among others:
- any depiction of child sexual abuse (CSAM) — images, videos, audio, drawings, computer-generated or AI-generated depictions;
- the sexualization of minors in any form, including implied or text-based;
- “grooming” — contacting minors for sexual purposes or manipulating them;
- extortion using intimate imagery (“sextortion”), as well as recruiting, offering or trafficking of minors;
- sharing, requesting or linking to such content elsewhere.
3. How to report CSAE content
If you come across content or behavior that violates these standards, please report it to us immediately. We review every report as a priority.

Where possible, please include the @username involved, a link or a description of the content. You can report anonymously.
If a child is in immediate danger, please contact your local police first (emergency number 110 or 112 in Germany / Europe, 911 in the USA).
4. Reporting directly in the app
Maynsta provides a mechanism that lets users report content and profiles. Reports concerning the sexual exploitation of children are prioritized and handled with the highest urgency. Confirmed violations lead to removal of the content and suspension of the accounts involved.
5. Our measures
- We remove confirmed CSAE content without delay.
- We permanently suspend responsible accounts and prevent re-registration where possible.
- We preserve relevant data for investigating authorities where legally permitted or required.
- We continuously review and improve our safeguards.
6. Minimum age
Maynsta is not intended for children. Use is permitted only from the age of 16. Accounts presumed to be operated by minors below this threshold are suspended.
7. Cooperation with authorities
We cooperate with law enforcement and recognized child-protection organizations and report child sexual abuse material where we are legally obliged to do so — in Germany, among others, to the Federal Criminal Police Office (BKA), and internationally, where applicable, to the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). We comply with the applicable laws for the protection of children.
